Once you have chosen a Lot its time to send Earnest Money Deposit, select upgrades, and sign purchase agreement. This can all be done electronically.
Once the purchase agreement is signed the builders will begin working on your home. We encourage to keep track of progress and visit site frequently. The builder will provide you with information on tracking the progress.
A few days before closing, we will conduct a final walk-through and address any issues or changes that need to be fixed.
